In the event that delivery could not be completed due to an error in the customer’s data entry, we will bear no responsibility. If the customer would like to have the order re-shipped to the correct address, then we will ask the customer to pay the actual, full price of the shipping costs. After placing an order, order contents (such as size, color, or quantity) and the shipping address information cannot be changed. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way once they have been confirmed by making payment. We strive to ship customer order within 3-5 business days from the day it was placed. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and days in which post service closed for business) We will be sending out parcel number together with the invoice so that customer can track their parcel. All parcels will be delivering via Pos Laju (Priority), Pos Parcel by Pos Malaysia, Airpak Express or Nationwide Express. However, we might change type of delivery and courier services without prior notice due to some unforeseen circumstances.
2) Delivery and Handling Charges
Sinwahonline.com will deliver items locally within Malaysia. We endeavor to ship items as quickly as possible. All orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of customer order. However, if an item that customer have ordered is out of stock and will take longer to dispatch, we will notify customer by email as soon as possible.
Customer should be paid shipping charges together with the total amount of the ordered merchandise. In the event that a customer refuses to accept the delivery of an order, or if an order is returned to us after the retention period at the post office has passed after failed delivery attempts, we cannot provide a refund for the shipping and handling costs.

Flat Rate RM10.00 postage fees on an order below RM99.99 (West Malaysia)
Flat Rate RM15.00 postage fees to East Malaysia
*Please note that some bulkier products and bigger size products cost more than the above to send to destinations. Therefore, extra shipping & handling charge will be reflected in customer basket or customer will be contacted accordingly*

- Please send us the receipt copy generated by cheque machine together with order number to email@example.com
- We will need to wait 2-3 floating days for the cheque to be clear into our bank account
- Once cheque has been cleared into our bank account, we will only dispatch customer order accordingly
