Sin Wah Online - Terms & Conditions

The below terms and conditions shall constitute the agreement between parties living in countries or regions outside Malaysia and sinwahonline.com. Parties interested in purchasing merchandise from sinwahonline.com (hereinafter "Members" or "Customers") should understand and agree to the following terms and conditions before placing an order.

1) Accepting Order and Security

When customer places an order we treat it as an offer to buy. We will send customer an email to confirm customer order. If we accept customer order, we will also send customer a confirmation email with customer order number, at which point we make a legal contract with customer and will be notify customer to process payment via Internet Banking or Direct Banking or Cheque to our bank account. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept customer order if we feel it necessary, this might be due to out of stock of the ordered product, in which case we will email customer as soon as we can to let customer know.

In deciding whether to accept customer order we may use the information customer have given to us, or we already hold about customer, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with external agencies to confirm customer identity. This assists us to protect customer and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline customer offer on security grounds we may contact customer to seek an alternative payment method.

2) Return Policy

All product purchases are FINAL. At sinwahonline.com, we are committed to providing our clients superior quality merchandise with the highest level of customer service and assistance. We proudly stand by the quality of our products and our merchandise is rigorously inspected before shipment.

3) Currency

Our prices are all listed in MYR (Malaysia Ringgit). All payments are processed to the equivalent of the Malaysia Ringgit value listed.

4) Out of Stock 

If an item that customer ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to contact customer by phone and email to let customer know of this and to offer any alternative suggestions of similar items if possible.

We will not ship out customer order until and unless we are able to reach customer regarding this matter. Because of this, we cannot up hold the possibility of same-day shipping under such circumstances.

5) Cancelling Order (by Customer) 

We have been known to ship out orders unexpectedly fast, so while same-day shipping requires that orders be placed before 12 Noon, we have shipped out orders placed much later on the same day. So if you want to cancel an order you just placed, please be sure to send us an email to sales@sinwahonline.com by 4pm (attempts to cancel your order by email or otherwise will not be accepted).

Please have your order number ready in the email. We cannot guarantee that cancellation attempts made after 4pm will be accepted. Once the order has shipped, it no longer qualifies for cancellation.

6) Cancelling Order (by sinwahonline.com)

To prevent slow response time and be fair to other customer, we will not hold your order.  Order will be cancel when payment is not receive within 24 hours once the order received by customer.
